Start of a New Year!

Hey y'all! I decided I wanted to start this blog, and I figured since its the start of a new year, now would be the perfect time to begin! I will be posting every Wednesday at noon, so be sure to stay tuned!!!

First things first, a little bit about me:

I'm a seventeen-year-old indie author who has one book published, titled The Elven Princess. It's prequel, An Exile's Tale is currently in the editing stage, and I am hoping to finish that really soon! I love anything to do with fantasy and elves, and I love looking at the stars.

Now, onto my thoughts on writing:

It is really hard to type with long nails. I'm sure you've seen the movies with stylish women working in offices with long nails. It is way way harder than they make it look. I got some long nails for our new years eve party, and typing with them is not that easy. You have to hold your hands in a different position than you normally would which is hard to get used to. THAT SAID, once you get used to it you can type pretty fast.

As for updates on my book, An Exile's Tale, I have been working on editing it, and so far it is almost 40,000 words! I am super excited to share it with all of you once it's done.
